Operating hours during New Year holidays

Dear customers,

We hope you will have a wonderful New Year and joyful Christmas!

Please be advised that during New Year and Christmas holidays in 2021 the trading schedule and BCS Forex Customer Service Department working hours will be changed.

Attention: December 31 all trading platforms will display quotes as usual however, all trading transactions will be unavailable from 14:00 EET.

January 1 - trading is closed;

January 2, 3 - weekends;

January 4 — standard operating hours;

January 7 - standard operating hours, except for the CFDs on Russian stocks and indices and USDRUB & EURRUB pairs. Trading transactions for these instruments will be unavailable.

On January 8 all instruments will be available for trading as usual.

Customer Service Department will be available according to the following schedule:

December 31 - shortened workday, operating hours are from 9:00 to 15:00(Moscow time);
January 1,2,3 - holidays;
January 4 to January 8 - shortened workdays, the operating hours are from 10:00 to 20:00 (Moscow time);

The Back Office will be available according to the following schedule:

December 31 - shortened workday, operating hours are from 9:00 to 15:00 (Moscow time);
January 1,2,3 - holidays;
January 4 to January 8 - shortened workdays from 10:00 to 18:00 (Moscow time);

Deposit or withdrawal requests via bank transfer sent after 12:00 on December 31 will be processed only on January 11.
E-wallets and bank cards deposits and withdrawals will be available regardless of holidays or weekends.

Please keep this information in mind when planning cash transfers and trading transactions, and also pay special attention to the margin requirements pertaining to your trading accounts.
