Unity Day

In observance of the upcoming public holidays in Russia (Unity Day) on the 5th of November, trading schedule and companies working hours will be changed.

Trading platforms and dealing department will work in the standard regime.

5th of November – trading will be available for all instruments, except USDRUB and EURRUB currency pairs, and CFD on Russian shares and Russian indexes.
6th of November– trading will be resumed as normal.

Customer service department will be available on the following schedule:

2nd, 6th of November – standard working hours from 08:00 until 20:00
5th of November - working hours from 09:00 to 19:00

Financial department will be available on the following schedule:

2nd, 6th of November – standard working hours from 08:00 until 18:00
5th of November - working hours from 09:00 to 17:00

Company’s schedules and trading hours are presented in EET (GMT+2).

Due to the celebration Unity Day on the 5th of November, bank transfers will not be available. Deposit and withdrawal requests via bank transfer sent between the 2nd and 5th of November will be processed on 6th of November.

Deposits via bankcards and electronic payment systems will be available regardless of the holiday days or weekends.
